  1. What CST and IST grade what you allocate yourself for this project? Justify your response.  I think I will allocate myself a B because I think I am doing work but I am not working hard enough.
  2. What could you do tonight that would improve your grade?  What I can do, I can start fixing up all the things that I need to do for the rest of this project.
  3. What grade do you think your team will give you for teamwork? Why? I reccomend a B because we all work together on the project but we don’t work hard enough.
  4. Thinking about your presentation on Monday, what do you need to do to score an “A” grade? (hint: Look at the presentation skills). What could you do before Monday, to ensure you receive an “A”?

Need to only use palm cards, use eye contact to the audience and answer the questions correctly.

  • What influences your values about issues relating to your life?

The media can change the value of my life because the way that the media present it, it can change your thought on things.

  • Do you ever compare images/values presented by the media to those of the bible? If so why? If not why not?

Sometimes because some things that are in the media are true but other thing in the media are false and have no meaning to what they are saying.

  • Has this project challenged you to examine your values? Why / Why not

Yes it has because it really tells me all the problems around the world and the danger people are really in.

1. Describe TWO things that you have learnt during this lesson.

I have learnt what optical illusion is about.

2. Outline THREE things you know about optical technologies.

  • An optical illusion is characterized by visually perceived images that differ from objective reality.
  • The information gathered by the eye is processed and the brain to give a percept that does not tally with a physical measurement of the stimulus source.
  • There are three main types of illusion – literal optical illusions that create images that are different from the objects that make them, physiological illusions that are the effects on the eyes and brain of excessive stimulation of a specific type – brightness, tilt, color, movement, and cognitive illusions where the eye and brain make unconscious inferences.

3. Identify ONE aspect of the project you feel uncomfortable about and really need to know. Explain the BEST way this could be resolved.

What reflection and refraction are.
